1/ Somatic Therapy

We will be focusing on this very important connection to yourself and your body. Rather than focusing on the mind as other therapies do, we will focus on the feedback loop between the body and mind.


Tension and pain, or states of overwhelm, feeling of stuckness will no longer take up residence in your body. We will go beyond, where talk therapy can take us, by using different body awareness techniques for the sake of releasing what’s weighing on you, physically and emotionally.

& Nervous System Regulation

I use two methods.

First, the Neuro Somatic Touch Therapy®, which helps bring unconscious memories into conscious awareness through mindful touch.


When early trauma destabilizes our psychological identity, a comprehensive psychosomatic approach is essential. This method values the body's role alongside the mind, bridging the gap between our verbal and nonverbal selves to heal deep emotional and relational wounds.


Second, the Triple Vagal Method® is a bottom up somatic approach to trauma healing that is achieved by releasing trauma from the nervous system engaging the Vagus Nerve in order to complete any unresolved trauma cycles..

I believe that we are all born as artists. We can all dance, sing and create something beautiful. And the biggest art piece is our own life.

As an Embodiment Coach, I would love to help you find, liberate and embody your true voice, remove blocks, let go of attachment to false identities and come back to your divine essence!

2/ Trauma Release & NS Regulation
The Triple Vagal Method® (TVM) is a bottom up somatic approach to trauma healing that is achieved by releasing trauma from the nervous system in order to complete any unresolved trauma cycles. This encourages the releasing of oxytocin and the breaking down calcification (neuro speech fuzz) of the fascia all the while reducing the levels of cortisol (stress hormone) in the body.
