Embodiment explores the relationship between our physical being and our energy. It involves the interaction of our body, thoughts, and actions. So, embodiment practice is the process of connecting the self and the body, of being in relationship to yourself.
I believe that our body holds the key to our healing, which comes from the inside out.
Dancing, Somatic Movement and Embodiment have become my most profound medicine. I remain astonished by the wisdom and mystery that our bodies possess, as well as their ability and capacity to heal naturally.

We will be focusing on this very important connection to yourself and your body. Rather than focusing on the mind as other therapies do, we will focus on the feedback loop between the body and mind.

When early trauma destabilizes our psychological identity, a comprehensive psychosomatic approach is essential. This method values the body's role alongside the mind, bridging the gap between our verbal and nonverbal selves to heal deep emotional and relational wounds.
Second, the Triple Vagal Method® is a bottom up somatic approach to trauma healing that is achieved by releasing trauma from the nervous system engaging the Vagus Nerve in order to complete any unresolved trauma cycles..
