In this 5-day workshop we will be gathering for few hours a day to come home to our bodies. To remember ease, intelligence & power in how we move and to weave ourselves back into relationship with the living universe, mother Earth and our temples – our bodies. Inviting balance and alignment, back into our everyday life.

According to our experience and perspective, there is 3 fundamental layers into the alchemical creative process:
1. ANIMISTIC NATURE AND ANCESTRAL INHERITANCE
The occulted parts of ourselves reside within the underworld nature of this existence. Tribalism creates a bridge to liberate and free up whatever holds us back from expressing our wild nature.
Through womb breath, trans state and the ancient knowledge of the snake line, we will create and hold space for our indigenous nature movement and song to arise, allowing ourselves to release conditioned rigidity and remember our deeper forms of expression, rising from earth’s knowledge.
2. EMOTIONAL ALCHEMY
Melting the subconscious resistance to fully surrender to your sensitive creative expression through supported states of presence
Moving through the traumas of ‘’being seen’’ within a space of compassion and empathy... Our approach is inclusive of resistances as the fundamental ‘’treasure boxes’’ where resides the gold nuggets of our full spectrum of expression
Introduction to the work of Focusing of the Soul; An integrative simple practice to create a dialog within our own subconscious in order to retrieve the true nature of the Soul and it’s sovereignty
3. ELEMENTAL CO-CREATION; CHANNELING YOUR CREATIVE TRUTH
Sound and movement are the inner fabric of everything. As we allow ourselves to fully tune into our inner motions through sound and breath we become powerful co-creators, oracles for nature. We then embody and release the electro-magnetic codes of this incredible, yet sensitive ecosystem held by earth consciousness. That is when our archetypal truth is able to weave through, heal and co-create with the elemental forces of this plane of existence.

In this 10-day transformational journey, we will be reconnecting to the wisdom of our bodies and the intelligence of nature, exploring the layers of our unique self and inviting aliveness within through MOVEMENT, SOUND & CREATIVE EXPRESSION.
A special mix between retreat & artistic production. On top of daily sound & movement workshops, morning meditations, yoga, different mindfulness practices and fun evening activities, you will be also part of co-creation and artistic production of a PROFESSIONAL MUSIC VIDEO, an unforgettable memory from our journey together in the magical Pacific coast of Mexico, Mazunte.
THE EMBODIMENT JOURNEY
In our 10-day retreat, we remember and celebrate sound, movement and creative expression as sacred birthrights, ways of life, and keys to self-discovery, community building and collective healing.
In a trauma-informed and inclusive space, we will tune to our own discovery channel and learn to move out of the way of our own selves, so we can experience our unique voice as a liberating force.
LOCATION
This luxury retreat centre - our sanctuary - Zazil, sits at the foothills of a tropical jungle, between the mountains and the warm shores of the Pacific Ocean in the State of Oaxaca, Mexico. Located in Mazunte, Zazil is a walking distance from the beautiful San Agustinillo beach. A serene location, you will hear birds each morning and the ocean waves throughout the day.
