At the heart of my work is the body — a living archive of our stories, emotions, and possibilities. Unlike mind-first approaches, somatic therapy recognizes the body as the primary doorway to healing and transformation.
Many of us live disconnected from our bodies — caught in cycles of stress, survival, or overthinking. Somatic embodiment is a return to presence. It reconnects us with sensation, breath, and movement, opening pathways for authentic expression and deeper relationship with ourselves, others, and the world around us. When we listen to the body, what feels frozen begins to move, and what was once hidden begins to heal.
Somatic practices help us return home to ourselves, where true resilience and vitality can be restored.
