Therapy ®

Move unconscious memories into conscious awareness through mindful & intentional touch.

What is Neuro Somatic Touch Therapy?

Neuro Somatic Touch Therapy® is a somatic method informed by Polyvagal theory, focused on integrating the body and mind. This method incorporates essential aspects of developmental theory, relational psychotherapy, somatic psychology, embodiment practices, neuroscience, and bodywork to address emotional, relational, cognitive, and developmental issues that verbal methods alone can't resolve.

This method is designed to enhance your embodied presence by encouraging deep personal psychosomatic exploration. It's an excellent opportunity to discover new dimensions of your body. You will learn to connect with your interoceptive awareness, use attuned self-touch for self-regulation, and develop collaborative body-mind dialogues to strengthen your internal self-connection.

Move unconscious memories into conscious awareness through mindful & intentional touch.

When early trauma creates an unstable foundation for our psychological identity, a comprehensive psychosomatic healing approach becomes essential. This method deeply values the body's role, working hand in hand with the mind, to bridge the gap between our verbal and nonverbal selves, guiding us toward healing the deep-seated emotional and relational wounds of our past.

What you will learn using this method:
  • Connect with Your Interoceptive Awareness
Develop the ability to sense and interpret internal bodily signals, fostering a deeper self-awareness. Understand and connect with the body's interoception and neuroception, focusing on the heart, lungs, digestive system, and throat.

  • Use Attuned Self-Touch Techniques for Self-Regulation
Learn techniques to soothe and regulate your nervous system through mindful touch.

  • Develop Collaborative Body-Mind Dialogues
Reconnect with disrupted developmental pathways through interactive somatic practices. And establish a harmonious communication between your body and mind, enhancing your internal connection and overall well-being.

  • Social Engagement System
Enhance social connections by integrating sensory organs and systems like the ears, eyes, jaw, cranial base, and throat. Simultaneously, nurture early development to build resilience and independence without fostering dependency.

“I had an amazing session with Eva. Her way of holding space is incredible and I would recommend it to everyone. NeSoTo is a very subtle but deeply healing technique. I felt so relieved after the session and got so many insights that I haven’t received in any kind of sessions before also, Eva is incredible and her being allows you to experience and go deep."

Regulate your nervous system and build vagal tone

What is the Triple Vagal Method?

The Triple Vagal Method® (TVM) was developed after 7 years of applied research and thousands of documented sessions. The Triple Vagal Method® is a somatic trauma transformation method that aims to release & heal trauma while increasing vagal tone through physical manipulation of the main branches of the vagus nerve.

The vagus nerve represents the main component of the parasympathetic nervous system and beside other functions helps with calmness, relaxation and digestion. This nerve is responsible for regulation of the “fight, flight or freeze”, and social engagement responses in the body. We engage the branches responsible of these responses safely in each TVM session. This is done through physical touch, somatic exercises, breath & voice work, all designed to regulate the nervous system; safely, effectively and rapidly.

The Triple Vagal Method® (TVM) is a bottom up, somatic approach to trauma healing that is achieved by releasing trauma from the nervous system in order to complete any unresolved trauma cycles, this encourages the releasing of oxytocin and the breaking down calcification (neuro speech fuzz) of the fascia all the while reducing the levels of cortisol (stress hormone) in the body.

TVM is an applied modality based on the polyvagal theory. We understand that the body stores different types of trauma in different parts of the nervous system, soft tissue and even organs. All that may be released through physical stimulation of the vagus nerve to rapidly switch from sympathetic (threat or survival mechanism) to the parasympathetic system (rest and digest).

How does TVM work?

TVM actively engages the polyvagal nervous system and ladder to manually stimulate oxytocin in a calculated approach to rebuild the polyvagal tone and neural-pathways to rehabilitate trauma responses in the body. This is done through structured and controlled surges and allowances of time to facilitate neuroplasticity and reprogram a new baseline of neural-pathways for trauma responses.

— How is it applied?

When applying The Triple Vagal Method® (TVM) , we rely primarily on physically stimulating the nervous system to complete the trauma cycle, to heal deregulation and disassociation and restore safety in the body. This is applied by pressing onto a specific pressure points of the body, as well other somatic practices, releasing calcification that is stored in the tissue and facilitating trauma transformation. The beauty of this method is that one can learn how to self apply this technique and learn important tools how to work with the Vagus nerve and self regulate own nervous system.

Why the Triple Vagal Method®?

TVM overcomes the cognitive limitations that other interventions have.

Eva is a beautiful therapist with great insight and compassion. She has been helping me through my shadow work journey by teaching me how to release my trauma's somatic responses with the Triple Vagal Method. She taught me how to ground myself and how to reconnect with my body. I am forever grateful for her support."

This is a one of a kind modality

A single session lasts about 1,5 to 2 hours.

You have the option to receive a treatment from me in person, if I happen to be in the same country and city as you, or we can schedule an online session, where I guide you on how to manipulate, stimulate and release your vagus nerve by yourself. As well guide you through embodiment practises related to the vagal tone and self regulation, such as tapping, visualization, affirmations and other somatic practises.

As time passes and I work with many people, I find more empowering and with longer lasting effects, when I guide and teach you, how to self regulate your own nervous system and overcome trauma, through online guided sessions, receiving valuable tools, then passively receiving a treatment from me, so don’t hesitate to book a discovery call, even if we are not in the same country :)
