Regulate your nervous system and build vagal tone
The Triple Vagal Method® (TVM) is a bottom up somatic approach to trauma healing that is achieved by releasing trauma from the nervous system in order to complete any unresolved trauma cycles, this encourages the releasing of oxytocin and the breaking down calcification (neuro speech fuzz) of the fascia all the while reducing the levels of cortisol (stress hormone) in the body.
A single session lasts about 1,5 to 2 hours.
You have the option to receive a treatment from me in person, if I happen to be in the same country and city as you, or we can schedule an online session, where I guide you on how to manipulate, stimulate and release your vagus nerve by yourself. As well guide you through embodiment practises related to the vagal tone and self regulation, such as tapping, visualization, affirmations and other TVM practises.
Since a while now, I find more empowering and with longer lasting effects, when I guide and teach you, how to self regulate your own nervous system and overcome trauma.
