3-Day Intensive Workshop in Berlin
Hello and welcome.
In this workshop, we will connect with these hidden parts, freeing up the energy it takes to keep them suppressed. Together, we’ll offer them space, allowing ourselves to explore their messages, their pain, and the reasons they’ve been in hiding. What wisdom or power do they hold? How might embracing them enable us to shine more authentically? To embrace courage, boldness, and the freedom to be different?
We’ll look at what we sacrifice in the name of fitting in, being liked, or playing nice, and we’ll bring all of it into the light—witnessed with love and held with respect. This is a chance to honor the painful experiences that shaped us, to release the patterns that no longer serve us, and lighten the way of being in relationship with ourselves.

Sven Lietsch My Mission “My response is not to what happens around me, but to my feelings about what’s happening around me.” This belief guides my life’s mission: to accompany people on their journey toward more lightness and authenticity. I’m passionate about helping others live from the heart, free from the resistances that keep us from fully embracing life as it is. I believe that joy and sorrow, darkness and light, are all essential parts of being alive, each offering us unique insights and paths to growth. Through creativity, curiosity, and compassionate presence, I aim to create spaces where people can reconnect with their inner wholeness. Life feels richer and more real when we allow ourselves to be seen and understood, without needing to hide the darker parts. Darkness isn’t a flaw; it’s simply where we’ve been hurt, and it deserves gentle attention. I believe in helping people uncover the beauty and strength within, finding ease with the full range of their experiences. At the heart of it all is a vision of deep connection. When we live from this place of honesty and openness, we discover that our hearts and minds reflect the same core essence. And in recognizing that, we step closer to the joy and freedom of living a life true to ourselves. |

Eva Kolarova My Mission I believe our bodies hold the key to healing from the inside out. Dance, somatic movement, sound, and voice have been my medicine, and I am continually in awe of the body’s natural wisdom and ability to heal. My work is a blend of everything I’ve learned, shared through the lenses of my heart and soul. It is my mission to support others on their healing journey—helping them reconnect with their bodies, embody freedom, and take charge of their own energy. I guide people through somatic movement, therapeutic dance, the Triple Vagal Method, and Neuro Somatic Touch to support nervous system regulation and release trauma. Integrating Shamanic Sound Healing and Voice Work, I invite each person to align with their true essence and inner voice. As an embodiment guide and ceremonialist, I help release limiting patterns, creating space for authentic, creative expression. This journey is a sacred path to freedom, self-discovery, and connection to spirit. I believe we are all born artists, and the greatest art we can create is our own life. |
