For one week in the Sacred Valley of Peru, we will gather to explore these questions through the body, sound, movement, ritual, and shamanic journeying.
SOUND — Working with Vibration and Frequency
Sound is vibration. Through sound healing, voice activation, and shamanic sound journeys with the drum, we will explore how vibration can influence our embodied experience, energetic awareness, and inner state.
The drum, voice, and sound become tools for entering deep meditative and altered states of consciousness — opening space for inner exploration, connection, and transformation.
MOVEMENT — Reclaiming the Body
Through yoga, breathwork, somatic movement, dance, and embodied exploration, we will work with the physical and emotional body.
We will explore what is ready to be released, where space needs to be created, and how to reconnect with the power that lives within us. Working with the four elements, we will cultivate grounding, fluidity, expansion, and the fire of our own vitality.
RITUAL — Reconnecting with the Sacred
Ritual gives our inner work a sacred container. Through intention, prayer, ceremony, and connection with the spirits of the land, we create space to release what no longer serves us and call our power back into presence.
The Temazcal and Wachuma ceremonies will be central moments of the journey, held within a wider process of preparation, intention, and integration.
The journey unfolds as a passage of release and rebirth — a return to the womb of the Earth. Within this space, we reconnect with our original wholeness. Throughout life, we accumulate experiences and patterns that can distance us from our essential nature and personal power. This journey invites us to reconnect with what is most essential within us and reclaim the parts of ourselves we have left behind.
Through movement, breathwork, sound, and shamanic journeying, we prepare for the ceremonial experiences ahead.
Early in the week, we enter the Temazcal — the sacred womb of the Earth. Within its heat and darkness, we enter a process of release and surrender, letting go of what we carry and reconnecting with our essence. A symbolic return to the womb, followed by renewal and rebirth.
From this threshold, we journey toward the Wachuma ceremony, a full-day ceremonial experience in the Sacred Valley. Held within the living landscape of the Andes, it offers a space for spiritual exploration and deeper connection.
The days surrounding these ceremonies are devoted to preparation, embodied practice, and integration — supporting us in reclaiming our power and bringing greater vitality and presence into our lives.
The days surrounding these ceremonies will include:
Three organic vegetarian meals will be served daily.
The retreat center offers a beautiful natural setting with a swimming pool, Temazcal, and yoga shala.
*The Wachuma Ceremony is optional but also highly recommended :)

In the shamanic understanding, our power is woven into the very essence of our soul. Through the many experiences of our journey — across this lifetime and perhaps lifetimes before — parts of our vital essence may become lost, forgotten, or left behind.
Yet the path of life continually invites us to return. To remember what has been forgotten. To restore our connection with the unseen forces that move through us and to reclaim the fullness of who we are.
Through sound, movement, and sacred ceremony, we enter a space of remembrance — listening for what is ready to return, awakening the fire within, and stepping more fully into the life that is calling us.
What part of your soul is ready to come home?

Who Is This Journey For:
Shamanic Power Retrieval is for those who feel called to reconnect with their inner power, deepen their relationship with the body, and restore a sense of vitality and wholeness.
For those navigating a transition, feeling disconnected from their essence, or sensing that parts of themselves are ready to be reclaimed.
For those drawn to the transformative power of sound, movement, ritual, and sacred ceremony — and who feel called to explore their relationship with themselves, the Earth, and the unseen.
This journey invites you to step away from the familiar, listen deeply, and meet yourself with courage and openness.
